EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Haluk Erdem has been providing tax audit and consultancy services within our company especially to the leading industrial companies in Turkey for more than 20 years. Re-structuring of companies, tax inspection (due diligence), transfer pricing, corporate merger, take over and demerger, and tax disputes are among his areas of expertise.
At the beginning of his professional career, he served as a Tax Inspector for 9 years at Ministry of Finance. Haluk Erdem joined the BDO Turkey team in 1997, and still works as tax partner and board member in Istanbul office.
